Route Taken: Supertree, clockwise
Opinions: very fast! had a blast. I didnt mind the gravel road, a trail is a trail.

Route Taken: Counter C/Wise Supertree to Keyauwee.
Opinions: Supertree c-c/wise is boring and mostly just fireroad...next time will try clockwise and see if the other reviews are correct. Keyauwee = best trail near Charlotte...Awesome payoff, but prepare for a tough ride and some sore legs. But dont bother riding Supertree Counter Clockwise unless you like boring gravel fireroads...

Route Taken: Wood Run Road to second entrance of Supertree Loop, rode Supertree clockwise
Opinions: If you dont like gravel, this trail is not for you. 70% gravel fire roads with 30% of decent singletrack. A decent workout, but not very exciting. The variety of good singletrack around Charlotte and Lake Norman is better.

Route Taken: Started on Keyauwee (clockwise) and continued on Supertree (clockwise)
Opinions: SUPER...super fast, super fun, super smooth. Not a lot of roots and rocks. Not too technical, an overall great ride (exact opposite of Keyauwee)

Route Taken: From the woodrun parking lot take the fire road to woodrun camp. Bear right onto Supertree or take a left and hit Keyauwee first. Follow the loop through and you'll be grinning from ear to ear :)
Opinions: Its National Forest riding. Its awsome - not sure why there are not more posts here. It has alot of variety, distance, good elevation and some sweet descents! More is to come as new trails in the forest get approved! Where else can you go to ride in a National Forest that is less than an hour from Charlotte :)

Route Taken: Counterclockwise, riding Supertree and Keyauwee as one loop.
Opinions: Thanks to Frank and the Tarheel Trailblazer plus others, this trail is much improved. The twenty worst mudholes or bogs were drained or repaired. As of today, conditions are excellent. There are two trees down on Keyauwee, advance riders can ride over or bunny hop these obstacles. Supertree is ok...fast and dry. For more information visit www.rideumba.com

Route Taken: From trail head at road, head up double track logging road to camp grounds, on right pass by gate continuing up double track. Hill climbing starts a little hear, but trailbed itself is good for adventerous (but good shape)beginners. Trail continues right at sign, and stays double track for another 1-2 miles. Last 3-4 miles are smooth, fast, mostly downhill, singletrack, with one or two decent uphills, and a small river crossing.
Opinions: This trail is a great trail. Just don't expect technical, rooty, log pyramid, drop off from hell riding. If your wanting to take that new girl you just met on a ride in the country, or get a decent leg workout (note the climbs, and do it twice), this is the trail for you.

Route Taken: Supertree Loop a never ending gravel road with great single track in the middle.
Opinions: I was highly disappointed in this trail. I had no idea that it would be 70% gravel road and only 1.5 miles of trail.
