I joined about a month ago and have not recieved anything?  Can someone help me out please?  Thank you

Also what do I need to do to get the new jersey?

I can not help with the membership package issue other than to say they are working on it and you should see it... 

As far as the jersey keep an eye out here for an announcement for selling any extras, that should be sooner rather than later.

Harold keep an eye here in the Trailblazer News section.  I have the jerseys, we have a few left to deliver, once everyone that pre-ordered is taken care of I will offer the extras.

I joined in February.  ...still no confirmation other than my PayPal receipt.  At least now I have a THTB jersey so it at least looks like I am a member Smiley

TO EVERYONE WHO EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM WITH THEIR MEMBERSHIP ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND PACKAGE:
Over the last several months, we had a problem in receiving and acknowledging new memberships and sending out new member packages. We have addressed the problem and all new memberships will be acknowledged appropriately.

FIRST. I want to humbly apologize to anyone to whom this happened. We take our members and new and renewal memberships very seriously. It is vitally important to acknowledge our members as they join and renew. We must cherish the sacrifice and comittment that is made by each and every member. No excuses.

SECOND, while we have addressed the problem, we may yet be lacking the information necessary to be sure we have corrected our records and sent new member packages to each member who has experienced a problem. 

PLEASE, ANYONE who has not received their new member package please PM me ASAP with your full name, address and e-mail information. I will be sure that we get you your welcome letter, member card(s) and Trailblazer stickers. I and others of our Executive Board have attempted to follow up with everyone experiencing a problem who has posted on the forums or sent us PM messages. However PLEASE let me know if anyone hasn't gotten their package. Its very important to the club.

While we are a completely volunteer organization and stuff will happen (we won't be perfect), on behalf of myself and the Executive Board, we commit to do our best to meet the expectations of our members.

I live in Concord, in Moss Creek, so if anyone ever needs help with trail maintance or something I have alot of tools since I own my own business and am willing to assist.

Thanks for being patient Harold, sorry we had to make you wait like that but we're glad you let us know since that helped us sort out the delays. Also, thanks for joining and for offering to help on the trails. Once the weather gets cooler you'll probably see a few more projects get noted in here.
