LKNM Chapter Meeting

We will be having our LKNM Chapter meeting on Friday, Oct. 17th at Shomars in Mooresville @ exit 33.  Meeting starts at 7:30 PM.

hmmm meeting at Showmars or use the tickets to the beer tasting that I have for the same night...sorry, I think I am gonna be making my GF drive me home that night

There's a good chance I will be at the beer tasting. Just move the meeting to the signal hill trail. There's seats at the airplane field. We will have the best of all worlds. Beer & Riding Cheesy Oh yeah,and the meeting Cool

Sorry Mark- I was just reminded that the first cyclocross races are this weekend in Raleigh and that we're leaving Friday afternoon to go up.

I gotta make one of these. Get a chance to meet all the people who hate me Roll Eyes I was at Lk Norman when you guys had the last one, I talked to a bunch of people in the parking lot. But I had a prior commitment ,and the fact that I gotta get up for work at 4:30 am puts a damper on things. Funny, people see me at the trail a 3 pm, they think I'm playing hooky. Anyways, my point. Is the LKNM Chapter ever thinking of having a year end type get together. I went to one in SC a couple years back, but it's such a drive

Mark,

I am interested in joining the LKNM Trailblazers, can I join online here, or do I need to do something special to designate that I want to join the LKNM Chapter?  Unfortunately I will be unable to make the meeting on Friday at Showmars, but would be interested in helping with some trailwork in the near future.

I wouldn't hold your breath and think "car pool".
So what I'm led to belive ,is the LKNM chapter is jusy an extention of the main chapter. It's not like say SORBA or the MMBA who have many chapters that run their chapter indepentently. That's cool I suppose the closer you live to Charlotte.

Yes, you can join online. No special designation needed.

The Lake Norman is the same club, it just gives our neighbors to the North a way to have meetings and discussion without having to drive to Charlotte.
