Birdsong IPA on tap at the the WWC last night was on point. I don't care what anyone says about parking taxes trail maintenance issues bureaucracy etc. their beer selection is top notch.

yeah, I love riding that trail because of post ride refreshments. And I live 40 miles away. Don't they have thirsty thursdays there or something simular?

Total Wine consistently selling 12 packs of Sierra Nevada Torpedo for $12.99...same price as Pale Ale....Pretty good bang for the buck for my hop head.

Not sure if I have ever posted here, because posting about Bud Select and Natty Light probably wouldn't get much positive response.  But my brother gave me a beer that I finally opened and it is great.  It is a Belgium Abby Ale from the (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links).  This stuff is really good, and it is 10%  Smiley

Don't know if anyone has mentioned it or not (because as much as I love beer I'm not checking back through 26 pages worth to see), but I love the Black Raddish from Weeping Radish Brewery.  It's pretty tough to get unless your in the extreme eastern portions of the state, but I stock up every year when we make the trip.

Went night hiking last night with a 22oz bottle of Ninkasi brewerys Tricerahops Double Ipa- out of Eugene Oregon. It's without a doubt the best I've ever had, very heady.. the hike down from Fitton was suprisingly suprising.

Also can anyone recommend me any sours?

more beer pron. I have tried all of these in the last couple of months, except the ones in the last pic which are next. The St. Bernardus Abt 12 is probably the best beer I have ever had. All the rest are excellent as well but the Abt 12 is untouchable....

Sculpin is soooo good. It's on my top 10 list. Although it's hard to get them fresh on this side of the country.

The two that are in my fridge at all times are New Belgium Ranger and Bell's Two Hearted. In my opinion, Two Hearted is one of the best beers of all time (that we can get in Charlotte).

If you haven't been to NODA brewery, go and get a Hop Drop & Roll. It's a very well done West Coast style IPA.

Oh, gotta throw Bear Republic Racer 5 in the mix too. although it's also hard to find fresh locally.

Hey screaming knees-

Davidson Beverage Company gets Sculpin on draft occosionally and carries bottles most of the time.

Agree that Two Hearted is one of the best.

My favorite post-ride beer lately has been Caldera IPA.
