Okay, going on a short rant here. Membership renewal used to be so easy...I mailed a check to Emily and in a few days received my new membership card and some cool stickers. 

I always renew on New Years Day so I sat down at my computer this afternoon, hit the join button and was redirected to the IMBA website. Ok, that's cool. Filled out all the information (twice, because I fat-thumbed a bad key before all the info was entered). Seems I already have an account but I could not remember the password. Tried to follow the instructions to reset my password but got caught up in some sort of loop and it was a total fail. I am not very techno-savvy and at work I just dial ext. 163 and an IT guy comes and fixes my problem. Any IT guys out there that can PM me with detailed instructions?

Uh not sure what to tell you Dennis. I'm not that tech savvy either. Maybe just try doing it again?

Or maybe dial ext. 163 and if he is a friendly sort maybe he will help you even though it isn't work related.  Smiley

Mark took pity on me and accepted my check to forward to IMBA. I don't hold out hope for cool stickers though.

I still have a supply of stickers. I try to remember to bring some to the meetings so next time you are at a meeting look me up and hopefully I will have some. 

SCGuy, they work pretty well on cars. They are not super hardy for outdoor use but they last a pretty good while.

I'm curious.  Did you receive notification from IMBA (or SORBA) that it was time to renew your membership?

No only those who attend meetings get stickers. There is no personal delivery.  Tongue

No, I just always renew on New Year's Day (before changing smoke alarm batteries). That way I don't forget and it is something I can get done no matter how much was consumed the night before.
