Yup It is here, Just Sayin. HYDRATE<HYDRATE....The day before , the morning of and while... Be careful out there. When you start to feel cold stop and don't feel like you have to go on. Sit and rest and drink water then get back to your car. Remember the victory is getting back to the car in one piece, mind and body...Take care of your body and your mind will take care of you. That is all. The End...Thanks for the ride today to the guy I rode with out at WWC, pushed me hard ..Ridin in mornin same place WWC around 10 am on Wensday and thursday. Cool

That's excellent advice for those of us who can't function in high humidity situations.   
My riding time takes a steep dive during the summer months as I simply have no energy left after 1 lap on most trails.  Too much moisture in the air to allow sweat to evaporate off the skin causing massive overheating...I'll get goosebumps in 90 deg weather.  I've even lost my lunch on more than one occasion...not good!
