SERC 8 Woolwine, VA July 7

Anybody know the trail? Never been up that way and want to get a pre-ride in at some point.  I found a segment on Strava labeled at SERC 8, but I don't know if the trails are easy to find, well marked, etc.  Any help would be great.  Thanks.
