And the free options: numerous Park Tool on-line vids, as well as those of many, many others on YouTube. Just search for what you're trying to do. As a result, I've bought many of Park's products so I could have the right tool for the job at hand.

Pinkbike Tech tuesdays. 

And a friend who also works on bikes.

spend your money on tools and use the free videos online. watch a few different ones to weed out the idiots.
