Hate I missed you. I ended up on the trail at 7:30 and only got a painfully slow lap in but the trail was awesome. Trying get back on my morning ride schedule if you want to try and schedule a regular ride.

did a bit better this morning on my start time and a new best lap time, (yesterday was anything but a hot lap).  cant ride tomorrow but maybe a Friday around 7am..i'll even clear the webs

Leaving for Shenandoah National Park Thursday morning.  Be back by the 4th.  Maybe a 4th am ride. Smiley
