So it's about time for me to move from my current residence, and I have been searching exhaustively for something inexpensive. While there are tons of studio/1br apartments around, I want something a little more fun, so keep your eyes and ears out for something like this:

Small house for rent in the Southeast quarter of Charlotte, I'd like it near 485. I want to remodel something, like, I really really want to remodel something. I'll be back in school full-time this fall/spring, so inexpensive is key. So if you know someone who owns a second house that they have been trying to flip, send them my way. 


Possible pre-rebuttals 
- I don't want to buy, I might move to the west coast right after I am done with this degree.
- Apartments are boring.


Now go forth my minions, go forth and find me a project house.

Yea, apparently, many people would absolutely love it if renters would take the initiative, but it's hard to "search" for something like that. PM me, we'll talk.
