29" Roval wheelset with DT Swiss 12 x 142 rear hub/ Roval QR front hub. Rear can be converted to 135 spacing (includes some adapters). Set comes with 11-36 cassette and tubeless tires (front - Captain / rear - Fast Trak).  $250.00

Just want to double check that the front hub is a QR and not 9mm thru.

Also, are the rotors included?

Yes, the front is QR and the rotors are included. 185 front/160 rear.
