Recently acquired a Trek Navigator 200 (from a family member who never rode it) so my wife could join me on the trails (Greenway / Easy Trails).  It's definitely goofy looking...

Goal was to make this a little less embarrassing to ride. The first thing to go was the god awful seat and post.  After adjusting the stem/bars and new set of grips and tires, it's a lot better.

I now want to replace the Quill Stem/Bars (Black)...  Message me if you have anything you think might work.

If you have anything else laying around that would be a good upgrade, feel free to offer.

Also looking for a bike rack to fit our 1.25" hitch to make hauling these things a little easier (3+ bikes).
