Full Durace 9 speed ,even has Durace seatpost, Ultegra hubs on Mavic Open Pro Rims, measure 56 center to center with a 56 top tube.  1 1/8 Carbon fork and Carbon Steerer. Somebody is getting ready to get a deal.
