Yep, solid rain fall here in Steele creek.    totally wasted this day thinking it was going to rain before noon.

Oh the bright side Pacific Rim was pretty damn awesome

No rain so far here in Indian Trail. Hopefully it will stay that way.

evening showers in north Gaston county tonight. Nothing major like the last few weeks, so our trails should be the norm.

Be aware of trail work at Poston Sunday morning. We love our gnomes: let em work, let em live.

Back when I lived in FL rain was always an issue, and people didn't seem to respect the 24hr rule at all. Recently I had to go back for about a month and did some riding. Well, trails over there are now a mess, they have widen a lot, have more roots than ever and I feel that they have lost their mojo. Please don't let that happen to the trails here! Riding mud on a bicycle is no fun anyway. Though I'm glad people in CLT seem to be more conscious about this (minus the occasional arsehole of course).

I thought of that while riding my bicycle.

BYT still no good today. Gave it a shot and after a little more than a mile I took fire roads back to my car. Doubt it'll be any good tomorrow either unfortunately Sad
