Just called the Anne Springs Close trail number (803.547.1019)
All trails are open as of 12:30 Tuesday July 16, 2013.

There was a very short, light rain event in Ft Mill yesterday afternoon...minimal impact on trail conditions, I'm sure.

I'm in Tega Cay about 10 minutes from Anne Springs and we got hit hard for about 30 minutes straight.  I mean HARDDDDDD rain.

Was out there yesterday and it is still muddy in spots, don't know how it is today. I was working out there and the rain came, not sure how much but to tell ya the truth in my honest opinion I would not ride BYT... Let it dry . there are a lot of tire marks everywhere that are starting to cause an issue. The more it get's rode in the condition it is in the longer it will take to dry...

I agree, i was disappointed to see a group of ~10 riders heading out there @ 9am or so today.  I went back and walked it with my pups, while some of it is in nice condition, some needs another 90* day and no rain.  It did rain here yesterday for ~30 min, though it was not a lot, the ground can not hold any more water.
