Hey peeps,

I so miss having Pei Wei Asian Diner close enough to enjoy on a regular basis and keep losing when I gamble on other Chinese and fusion food joints.  Pei Wei is an upscale casual off-shoot of P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and the only Charlotte location is in Ballantyne.  Driving something like 28 miles to get a fix isn't something I'm going to do very often.  It occasionally works out that I am nearby for something when it is time to eat.  I live kind of in between the University and Northlake areas.  Please post if you have recommendations.  Quality is most important, and I am not a fan of buffets.  Pricing is secondary, and it really comes down to value anyway.
