This big guy was 570lbs when he started riding his bike. He turned down gastro surgery, got on his bike and lost ALOT of weight. Granted he has a ways to go, but hes regularly clocking 50+ miles. Good on him. Also, what a great bunch of friends he has that ride and support him.
