Chamois butter?

Which kind do you guys use? Euro style or regular? What's the best way to apply it? I feel like proper chamois butter usage is what's going to help me take my riding to the next level and any advice would be much appreciated.

I prefer chamois margerine. Less fattening. I've had good results with I Cant Believe It's Not Chamois Butter.

Research has shown that margarine is actually worse because of the homogenized roadie &^&^ it's made of. Keep it real with real butter. Really.

Im a full-fat kinda guy, so i like the Kerrygold grass-fed butter from Target. It has a much nicer fat balance than regular dairy fed cows, and goes on extra smooth. I like to smear front to back, and then massage into the skin in small circular motions.

but for serial, i do like the DZ Nuts brand. Ive used the Euru stuff too(in the purple and yellow tube) and it worked fine, but the DZ has tea tree oil in it and gives the skin a nice tingle when you rub it in.

If you dont want to sink 20-25 bucks into a tube, try the 10pack of the individual sized Euro stuff you can get at REI or a bike shop. I think its around 10 bucks, theyre handy to keep in bags or a jersey pocket or wherever just in case you forget to lube up before heading out.

I think you're supposed to apply it to the toast before you use it....not after.

+1 Doc! I like the tingly feeling it gives me! Feels like my boys are being cradled.

freeze the butter in ice cube trays, then cram a bakers dozen between the cheeks. by the time you get the power up and win the game the last cube should juuuuuuuust be melting.
