The course will be marked Friday afternoon- the tape will come down Saturday after the race.  Depending on the conditions, you may be able to see the line for a week after.  IE if it's wet vs. dry.

We are relocating Cordelia practice to Veteran's this Wednesday.  Feel free to come out and we're going to ride the latest renditions of the course.  The Luna crew usually tweaks it a little every year.

Yesterday's AVLCX race at Pisgah Brewery was a blast.  Just a little bit of sprinkle to make it a 90% track-meet-lung-buster.

Basically loops around the ball fields with serpentine and barriers in the middle.  The directions alternate from week to week.  Definitely a friendly fun event.

I've never done it either but I'm going to try it like I try most things.  I'm going to show up and follow the crowd, try and figure it out as I go without P***ing anyone off.
