Looking for a bike for my wife

Hey guys and gals I am looking for a nice commuter bike for my wife, nothing to expensive or if one is in the garage and not being used let me know. I am trying to get my wife into rideing with me. She is my best friend and the love of my life, I want to keep her healthy and get fit. I want to give to her what Mtn. Biking or any kind of biking has done for me, got me in the best shape of my life. She is my world and keeps me so grounded and thankfull for life and her so if you have anything let me know..

What size would you be looking for?

Are you specifically looking for a commuter bike for road use?

Just thought this may help people know what to think about. It's wonderful going out for a nice ride with your soul-mate. Even if it's a slower ride than normal.

What about the red bike? We could make an easy cruiser single speed if we find a wheelset...? She's about your height so we can make it fit her...maybe some taller bars...

I'd think you're much more likely to get her on the road or greenways than mtn/woods...

I've got an older Diamond Back I'm trying to sell.  Would make a great commuter still has the original knobbies so they would need to be changed.  I also have a separate crank set with smaller chain rings and a more road oriented cassette that goes with it.  (Had these on the bike when I was using it as a hybrid commuter.)  Priced very reasonable at $145.  Contact me at 704-791-2933 if you are interested.
