Not really new, just re-built up.  On the back side of the lake loop right after the really large rock formation (called the engine block) that you can ride over or go around on the left side.

Didn't know it was called the "engine block".  Also, did not know anyone was going around it on the left side.  I'm assuming you are referencing the only "rock garden" on the lake loop.
