Wwc was beautiful...my riding, not so much. Hard week workwise, bit of a cold, ate way too much just b4 riding, i was worn out, but just wanted to be out on the trail. I think i actually fell asleep on a big rock listening to the water after just 7 miles.....still a good day. Hope you got out and rode!

At least you got out there, rolled my ankle yesterday during a group ride, not paying attention and clipped a tree, so I didn't get out today  Cry

Just got over a 2 week spell of bad rides. Confidence was low and fitness was suffering for some reason... But I went out on an super long ride yesterday and chugged a 22oz of Coors heavy and headed down. MAN... I not only broke my spell- but I also realized I should ride buzzed more often.

Thanks for the well wishes.  I don't think its gonna keep me off long.  Felt a little pop but its happened before, bout 5 years ago and didnt do anything about it then so prob not gonna do anything about it now either.  Hope to be back out Wednesday or Thursday.

It was an awesome day for riding. Good seeing you out there. Eating big before I ride is a killer for me. Learned that lesson the hard way but like all those hard lessons in life I have never forgotten it Smiley

Hit up the WWC today too. Was good ridin'. After my ride, I was the guy out by the rocks with the little girls in tutus running around. 

Was a little tough for me today too, but for good reason- it was my third ride of the weekend which is a rarity for me.

Well, I hit it today on the SS. Been riding gears too much lately and seemed like everything was a climb!  I did stop to check that the brakes weren't dragging and they weren't.  Weather was beautiful though, trails were great and the woods were quiet.
