I don't know anything about that wheel spec but I've bought from velomine before and they shipped very fast in a proper wheel box.  My wheels are still holding together.

I can't speak about the hubs, but the rims are nice.  Same weight as a Flow, but with eyelets.  Built up easily, were true and round and have held up with very little retensioning needed. I believe I paid about $60 each for just the rim.
