Check out Gearscan.com or SteepandCheap.com. Departmentofgoods.com is good too. All are discount gear sites. If you have the $$$ I highly recommend Western Mountaineering or Montbell bags.  Expensive but high quality, super light, and durable. I use a 30deg well into winter by adding a liner and bivy sack. If you can't find a good cold weather bag thats another option that works for me.

+1 on western mountaineering. I have a 35 and a 20 degree. Both much warmer than stated!
