This week we'll be out at North Mecklenburg Park.  Meet at 6:30, in the rear parking lot of the church (so we don't get locked in the park.)  If you're driving north on 115, take the left at the light (right after the entrance to the park) and drive all the way to the back.


Social pace on the first lap, and we'll break up into groups and change the pace a little for any remaining laps.

If you've never been night riding, North Meck is the perfect place to start.  The trail is only a little over three miles, and it's relatively easy.  We stop often and leave no one behind.

Food and beverage to follow at a local restaurant.

Come on out and ride with us!

Is any rider welcome to join or is this a ride specifically for active/paying Trailblazer members?  I don't want to party crash, so just want to check before showing up.  I've been planning to try night riding and finally ready to give it a go.  Thanks much!

Anyone have extra lights i could borrow? i am hoping mine come in the mail today they are scheduled to But dont think they will get charged by tonight

Thanks to everyone that came out.  We had a huge group out there and it was a great ride.  The after ride grub was good too.

Reminder, we'll be at North Meck again tomorrow night.  Meet at 6:30 p.m., and this time we can park in the regular lot since there will be a cyclocross race going on in the park (not on the trails we ride.)


Follow us over to Taco Mac after the ride for some grub and brews.
