I think Always Open really means use good judgement on your own part, if it's wet.

it's in typical shape.  we had heavy rains early last week, and the freeze/thaw doesn't help the newer sections... but otherwise as you would expect.

I rode there today (first time since the trail head was moved from the dumpster end of the park) around 3:30, and I think it was in great condition. I did skip Spencer Mountain Loop, but everything else was very rideable. 

BP guys, I am very impressed and thankful for all the work you do there; it is very evident how much work you put in there based on how well this "always open" trail holds up.
