Impassible stream at Anne Springs

Took a quick Christmas Ride over at Anne Springs today.  The stream that is about half way through Sugar loop (the one that has a small climb after it if you are going counter-clockwise) is impassible right now (without walking through the stream).  The water is about knee deep and is COLD (go figure Cool.  I wasn't sure whom I should notify about it over there.  It really needs a bridge built over it.   

Also I noticed that a lot of Mill Pond loop is VERY sandy and washed out right along the creek.  Not sure if there is anything that can be done about that to keep it from washing away anymore.

Otherwise, had a great, cold ride...

Justin, If I am right about where this is, I think there is usually a bridge there, although it has washed out before. Do you mean right at the base of the hill before you start climbing or about 10-15 feet before that?
