I remember a guy in the Chapel Hill area that used to ride a Gemini.  Think I met him on a few urban rides in the area.  Think he went by the name fat-ass as well.  Same guy?

In order of acquisition:

Sears - various, kindergarten through high school
Canadian Tire "10 speed" - college bike until stolen
Giant Innova "hybrid" bike
Specialized Stumpjumper - my first trail bike (1996)
Lemond Tourmalet * - now lives on my trainer
Titus Locomoto *
Independent Fabrication Crown Jewel *
Surly Karate Monkey *

I have been lusting for a Pivot Mach 429 since riding one at a WWC demo day a few years ago.  My current main ride is the Surly KM set up 1x10.  Asterisk indicates bikes I still own and use.

I'm too lazy (or drunk) to look for it now, but we did this once before, and BermShredder, or maybe just Shredder on this forum, won hands down with the number of bikes he has owned over the years.  Maybe one of you guys can resurrect that thread. I will list just the names of a few that I can remember.

Sears
Western Flyer
Schwinn 10 speed
Schwinn unicycle
Schwinn 5 speed beach cruiser, for about one week and then...
Schwinn High Sierra - my first MTB, 1985
'87 Wicked Fat Chance - bought in box, and I assembled*
Univega roadie
--drop out of riding for a while--
2004 GF Cake Deluxe - last "complete bike" purchase
2005 Yeti 575 frame - replace frame twice, last was 2010
200? On-One Inbred 29er Steel HT (3rd owner in the area, still have it)*
Kent tandem*
20?? Electra Townie for the wife
20?? Electra steel SS cruiser for me
2009 Soma Juice 29er Steel HT - currently built as SS*
2011 (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links) cruiser picked out of trash built as (You need to Login or Register to view media files and links)
2012 purchased used 2008 Bianchi 1895 - previous owned by Bicycles East owner*
2012 Salsa Spearfish built as a 1x10*

* Means currently owned, but maybe not always used, and if you would like to make an offer, please do

I used to ride; now I just drink and cry about not riding.
