Lowes and home depot don't cut it. Blackhawk doesn't seem much better. Any suggestions?

If it can wait, online would be your best bet?  You can practically buy anything you want from amazon.  If you have an amazon prime account and the item is prime eligible, it's free 2day shipping or if you can't wait, for a mere $3.99 you can overnight it.  Love me some amazon.

Fastenal is local.  One in Concord and Charlotte.  I also use McMaster Carr to mail order stuff.

Little Hardware has a lot of good stuff, but they're only open weekdays 8-5.  Good if you work or live in the SouthEnd but you're SOL on weekends.

Monroe hardware in Mint Hill has a large selection of metric fasteners. I've found about everything I need there. Think they open around 12 on Sundays.

my company (big) has a corporate account with Fastenal and get fasteners for pennies on the dollar.  I've already capitalized on this and replaced all my steel fasteners with stainless throughout the bike.

if you get me a list, id be more than happy to get you what you need, for a fraction of the cost.

anything M4 or bigger can be bought at LOwes, everything M3 and smaller can be bought a hobby shop like Hobby town USA.

Or you can just go to your local bike shop, most have a box of extra bolts that they can help you with.

McMaster has it all and if you order before 3pm ground shipping usually ends up arriving next day.
