I had a Turner 5 Spot refinished by Turner, it came back looking great.

I know this does not help if you do not have a Turner, sorry.

i just had a customer get a road frame/fork prepped and powder coated by Hotbox which is off wilkinson somewhere. $125 and quick turn around over Xmas. Paint job looked great.
