You might want to call Keith at Blood, Sweat and Gears. I think they have a skate shop along with bikes.
BTW, gas is cheaper in Denver than in Charlotte($3.08).

Wallerbears has a decent selection of longboards and parts.

There's a new skate shop in the old hot topic downstairs at gaston eastridge mall

Black sheep in south end is next closest from mt holly
