I know there was a tread a while back on recommendations for Heating and air people but I couldn't find the tread.  Anybody got any leads on some good companies.  I'm apparently in the market for a new heat pump.

     Had a new HVAC system last year. MTB Mechanical, out of Matthews. Lennox
2 1/2 Ton. Everything fine so far, comes with an excellant warranty. If interested,

new installation or repair existing
MTB installed my systems originally in 1998, and have serviced issues since then until I very recently used Shawn based on reputable/personal recommendation.
I will use him from now own.  Knowledgeable and priced reasonably.

Same here - great experience wit them. Timely, accurate, fair price. One of the other local companies (you see their ads over and over on TV) serviced my A/C unit once (and only once). Fortunately I was over the shoulder of the guy the whole time, and he spent more time trying to upsell me on this and that, than actually fixing the blown capacitor.

Never a problem with Bradham Bros.

Another Bradham Brothers family here.  We've used several others before them.  Bradham Brothers seem to be the most honest, dependable, responsive, and able.  They (unlike several others) won't try to upsell you, either.
