Hey gang, we got word this morning from Meck County Parks and Rec. Their offices have been closed the past two days. They are opening but putting more emphasizes on opening more essential government offices over the next two days. They are postponing all park events, including the Winter Short Track Series. Final race will be rescheduled for Sunday, February 23. The good news is, they are calling for 70's and 80's next week. There is a chance of rain but hopefully that will diminish by the time the weekend rolls around.

Please spread the word to everyone.

The post event party will still be held at Olde Meck Brewery.

  Great call by Park N Rec to postpone event till 23rd. Turned out to be
a perfect winter day for Short Track. Big shout out to the fast SS speed
and expert Master riders. I was really impressed with the passing skills
on the trail section.  The timely calls and neat passing was appreciated
by us slower riders. Still to get my nerve back after fall and subsequant 
surgery last year.Smileyto for Neal and his crew for yet
another successful winter series. Smiley
