	If they're truly turning a profit, then no. That was a 7 year subsidy to help get the center off to a good start. They've already had $38 million in debt forgiven. Would like to see that $1 million dollars go back to other P&R programs like greenways and natural surface trails (mtb trails).

You cannot turn a profit as a non profit entity. You CAN have an increase/decrease in cash from operations (I think I remember that correctly from that accounting class)

	The correct term when dealing with NPO's is "surplus revenues".
