I think I'll try the Oral Ivy like bOb mentioned. I somehow got a little bit of PI or PO last week doing trail work even though I was bundled up from head to toe. Still no idea how I got a small patch on my calf. Also a fan of Ivy Defense cream and Technu.

I get PI pretty regularly.  The best treatment that I've found is a hot soak with Epsom salt.  It'll dry mine out in a few days.  I've tried most of the other remedies mentioned here and the Epsom salt works best for me (aside from the steroids).
