Had Strickland Hydrographics (704-922-9348) complete some custom graphic work and it turned out great.  Lots if applications for MTB frames, forks, helemts....just about anyting.  Jessie's shop is located in Gastonia.

They can "Dip" anything....the trick is.....patterns are limited.  Lots of Carbon Fiber patterns...camo...skulls....check out TWN Hydrographic patterns to get an Idea of available options.
