Looking for ride in Charlotte

Hi Guys, new guy here. I am coming to Charlotte April 10th -14th and looking to possibly get out for a ride or two.  I am flying in so I had a few questions. First, where is the best place to ride in this area?  I am an avid rider from Wisconsin that has been cooped up waaaaaay to long this winter and am looking to shred some singletrack.
Second, who has Bike rentals in the area?  I am coming in for work and not exactly sure of what hours I will be free yet so I cannot go too far as to reserve a bike and I did not find too much on the web for rentals. I am looking to rent a full suspension but only found one place with 29er hardtails.
If anyone here would have a spare bike they would want to rent out and or ride with me please shout out.
Is that Sherman park the best place?  I am looking for intermediate to advanced trails. I guess on a brand new trail I would prefer intermediate.
  Thanks, Pat

The White Water Center has rentals, not sure about full suspension. Maybe someone else can give some input on that? Also I think Queen City Bicycles has rentals. Again not sure if they have full suspension.

Sherman is a really fun trail, if you get a chance check it out for sure. Also Back Yard Trail is fun and has lots of more advanced features but nothing you can't bypass or roll over. I'm a beginner and had a blast there.

Enjoy your stay and good luck on your rental search  Smiley

I have tried multiple times to get anyone on the phone at the Whitewater place. To say their customer service sucks is an understatement.  Can anyone tell me if the bikes have a choice of pedals? I want to bringmy shoes and possibly a set of pedals if they do only have platforms.  I left messages for them to call back and nothing. I fly in Thursday morning.

I would either from Queen City or a better bang for the buck would be Bike Source, they rent a bike for a $100 for 3 days if Im not mistaken.
The whitewater center only has 26in full suspension and 29in hard tails.
Also one of the 3 Trek stores run by Cool Breeze Cycles I think rents bikes.
Hope this helps!
