2014 saturday group ride week #6

This saturday April 12th we will be at lake norman state park. We will meet in the parking lot at 8:30am. Look to ride about 13 - 15 miles depending on which trails we ride. I'm looking at riding all the north side trails. Monbo, norwood, hawk, and hicks creek loops.

I'd like to try make it as I ended up missing last weekend at Sherman. What sort of pace are you going to do? I haven't been on my bike since September last year  Embarrassed and don't want to hold anyone up.

I think it's a social pace with no drops. Don't worry about holding anyone back. I haven't ridden much either but hope to get back into shape soon now that the weather is getting better.

The pace verys its not a race pace its a medium pace and we do stop and catch our breath no one gets left behind. If we have enough people then we do a fast group and a slow group. Dont worry I'm slow myself but the more I ride I find myself getting faster. If you haven't been to lake norman state park you will love it. Lake norman is my favorite trail to ride in in the trail blazers trail system.
