Time to finish the gulley option on the tennis court side.  Delta1 and myself could really use your help to wrap this new section up.

The last section after the new bridge needs to be cleared and then a few spots will need some benching.

Bring your gloves and water and any of your favorite tools.  If you plan on coming but do not have tools let me know and I'll bring them with me.

Hope to see a few people this weekend.

Blair,

I am trying to get a ride together at Warrior Saturday but IF I don't head up there, I will come over and help out.  Can you PM me your phone number again so I can let you know if I can make it?

Thanks,

Justin

The connector is just not ridable. What about a sign at the entrance to please use tyvola to get back to tennis courts?

Thanks

Yep. complete mess. Ended taking the Tyvola route on my way back to the tennis courts.

On a different note, the FLIES & WORMS were unbearable. More so the flies.  Made it difficult to enjoy the ride. Hopefully, they will be gone in the next few weeks.

I agree on the flies, they are everywhere, like the worms..I thought they were gnats, but whatever they are, they taste awful.  On a separate note I am going to start riding with my mouth closed...

I think that we need to get a sign up and possibly a chain or rope, ASAP, to keep riders off of the connector.  I don't think this is the right solution, but what about making Renny bi-directional and using the lower trail (tennis court side) to return to the tennis court parking?  I am willing to go get the sign made if I have the OK to put it up.

Thanks,

Justin

Intentions are to post signs this evening closing the connector until the proper repairs can be made.  I'm working with Mark to determine the best course of action on the connector trail.

Justin, I'm not sure I follow your recommendation but I'm not a fan of any two-way trails as they typically cause problems.

Blair,

If you need assistance with the signage or whatever, let me know.  I was suggesting (weakly) to ride the tennis court side, then up gravel to top side, ride top side then ride down gravel and back into tennis court side, riding it "backwards."  I don't think that it is a great idea, but was just a suggestion to get people back to their cars on the tennis court side vs. riding Tyvola.

Thanks,

Justin
