I've got a set of Hope Tech 3 E4's. These are much lighter than XT and nearly as light as XTR brakes (about 250g ea) and are FAR more powerful. Very good looking too, CNC'd in the UK. They are I-Spec compatible and brand new with hope boxes, stickers, and manuals.

Price is $350 for the set

P.S. I also have new hope adaptors for a 183mm front rotor and 160mm rear. Finally I have a direct mount adaptor for a sram shifter (basically Hope's matchmaker). I can include these for a bit more.
