Looking for something inexpensive (my wife is not really into the "whole bike thing"),just something for some exercise. She is about 5'3". She had a mountain bike that she used about 5 times, but didn't like it.

I have 2 that I am looking to sell. What size does she need. I have a Specialized I think it's a 52 or 54cm for $450 women's specific. I also have a full carbon (Chinese carbon) size 50 with 105 group and pink spingery wheels, pink Pinarello decals and looks really cool. $650.
