First 2 are weird.  Last one makes perfect sense to me.  Why list it closed at 11 PM when you can just post it closed when most people are going to go out and ride? 

And LNSP still showing has got to be wrong.  Rangers might need some coffee this morning.   No way it missed the 1 1/2 of rain that hit Fisher.

I'm in Concord & actually rode there last night...

Heading home from a SC day trip through Monroe (74 -> 485) and hit heavy rain on 485, but by the time I got to the Rocky River Rd exit (near Sherman), it was dry.  So I headed back down 601 to Steve's.  It looked like it had rained, but lightly as even the exposed parking area looked pretty good.  Roots were glistening, but the trail was fine.  Did get caught with more rain towards the end & had to cut it a little short. 

Back further north in Concord, got more rain last evening, but my yard is dry already this morning.   

RRT (and eastern CLT in general) seems to have a "bubble" and surprisingly misses most the rains the rest of the area gets.  And when it does, it dries out so much more quickly.

I'm sure Steve will comment if there are any concerns.

durn.......I live off 601 right outta Monroe towards RRT and we got 3" of rain, according to my ghetto rain gauge.

yeah, i probably shouldn't speak for this morning conditions. 

My rain gauge had 1/2" no puddles in my yard so I left it open and still no rain so far today. It does seem that these showers are pretty spotty. My garden really appreciated the 1/2" though.

Lnsp hasn't been closing  as much for less that of an inch of rain like it did last year. We have been working on ways to get to drain faster and so far it is working. We have the north side almost done and will be working on the south side throught  the summer. Looking to have a big work day towards the end of the summer when the trail boss can get some time off lol.
