I may not get there till mid morning to drop the chains. If there is rain overnight  check the website. Website status always rules chain or no chain.

Bob I am heading out to cut back the front 1/3. Should be at the chain at 10. Will cut as long as my knee will let me. If anyone else would like to join in the fun. I will bring extra loppers. Will be at the enterance at 10. Bob give me a ring will let you know what it looks like.

Thanks for your help today Bob all of the FB side has had its cut for the summer except for the fields Jack is going to take care of that. Next is the MD side does anybody know what it looks like? Thanks again Bob.

There is a tree down on the 2nd or 3rd poo track. I tried to push it out of the way this morning but will need more than one person and most likely a saw. Other than that the trails were in great shape this morning.

The new gap jump (after crossing back over the service road) looks promising though probably could do with a warning sign... saw a kid do a face plant over it yesterday... he thought it was going to be a roller.

Oh yeah that sounds like the best solution... it wasn't big enough anyway and the run in needed work. Much better to knock it down rather than stick up a couple of black triangles.

On the line you hit after crossing back over the service road that is parallel to the line with the cannon jumps. Saw them working on it yesterday and it looks awesome. They were in the process of cutting in a berm on the approach to help carry speed for it.

I'm working on fixing it. It was a great idea squeezed into an area that, without changing the layout of existing trail too much, wasn't optimal for carrying speed. We should have extended the launch ramp another foot or so over the pipe to shorten the gap. I think we will have it made into a good feature before long. It's signed now. 

This is why I personally think we can't put down ramps on everything. A person rides down one thing and thinks: "hey theyre all easy!" Not true. We should have signed it and kept the thing closed until it was signed (and really ready to ride).
