WANTED: Singlespeed frame

So I've got a ton of spare parts lying around and I've got the itch for a new "back to basics" project for cruising around town and hitting the trails. I need a SS frame to get me started, that's where you come in! Here's what I'm looking for specifically.

-Prefer 26" wheels but will consider 29ers
-Size M/L (I'm 5'11")
-Disc OR Canti brakes are OK.
-Cosmetics condition not important!
-Sliding dropouts or EBB

Examples of what I'm looking for include but are not limited to
SOMA Analog
Kona Unit
Surly 1x1
Bianchi MUSS
On One Inbred
Other stuff like that!
