There is a nice map here:

White water center is awesome. Back yard isn't far from LKW if you want something technical. Renaissance and Anne Springs Greenway are close also but i haven't ridden either of them yet.

Anne Springs, Poston or the Whitewater center would probably be your best bets. Info on the Trails link on this site. I have never been to Poston but have heard good things. The other 2 are really good.

There is a group ride somewhere pretty much every afternoon of the week. This would be a good way to see some trails and not have to worry about getting lost. There is a ride at the Backyard Trails at 6 on Monday, a group that changes locations at 6 on Tuesday, a ride at Beatty at 5:30 on wednesday, and a ride at the whitewater center at 6 on Thursdays. For more info on these rides check the "Local mountain bike rides" section. All these rides tend to be a social pace so no worries about getting left behind.

Well I can't take credit for any of the rides but I usually participate in the Monday and Wednesday rides.

White water center has rentals, restaurant, bar, showers and lots of stuff to do after the ride. Also pretty close to Clover, SC.

Whitewater Center has rental bikes (as mentioned in comment above) which can be used for the trails onsite.

Queen City Bicycles has rental bikes which can be used at any trail you like.

I rode 2 hours today at whitewater, rented a giant trance, they even put spd pedals on for me. Nice singletrack... but the trail markings are scarce to say the least. Got lost on the BD on the north trail...ended up on a paved road after the trail ended about 50 feet short of it. Next time I come down, I'll bring my own bike and get someone here to lead me through whitewater. Definitely nice flowy singletrack. Thanks for all the info guys.   Loyd

I ride at the WWC all the time. Let me know when you are back in town and I will be glad to show you around. I work in the LW area so we could hit WWC or something else one day after work.

Sounds like he ended up on the thread trail. Did it get opened back up?

Wasn't up when I went through, but I didn't know where the black diamond was supposed to go. They need better markings at intersections...otherwise I loved the flow!
