Live just across the street and walked the trail this morning.  Must have had an overnight storm as there is a ton of water on the trail; lots of puddles and standing water.  Much wetter than Sat. when the trail was marked as "closed".  If anyone was thinking of riding today, it could use a day or two to dry out.

Thanks for the heads up. I will be getting out there around 4:30 or so and will check it out before deciding about the group ride for tonight.

I didn't want to start a new thread to ask this... does anyone know if Beaty is still closed? The last update was 11th. I work 3rd shft so I slept all day yesterday, does anyone know if it got rain in the last 24hr?

Hi Amber, the site is only updated when the status changes.  So the fact it was last update on the 11th only means that the status as of the 11th is still current not that the status is out of date.  The rain gauge near Beatty got about .2 yesterday evening so I doubt it will open today.

However, it does look like Sherman is open.  And it's not all that far from Beatty.
