Stolen road bike - Masi Speciale Fixed

Hi all,

Had my Masi stolen from a friend's parking garage in 3rd Ward.  Lame.

Masi Speciale Fixed (flip flop hub in single speed position).  Hunter green with faux leather seat.  Black bars with no tape and no levers except one mountain bike lever (front brake only).  Easton EC90 carbon fork.  Believe it had a Specialized stem.  Dura Ace cranks.  Red wall Michelin rear tire.  Black Fyxation pedals with black Fyxation BMX-style straps.

Just keep an eye out for me.  Thanks.

Dude... that sucks. If we see 'em what's the protocol here? Jump 'em and throw the bike in the trunk or... jump 'em and throw THEM in the trunk...

Mountain bikers know where the most isolated pieces of land protected from future construction are... Just sayin.

I'm MTB all day; just got this thing to cruise with friends.  Don't think I'll buy another one, sadly.

I'll look the other way while you have your way with the perp--I just want the bike back!

So this was a fixie?
I'm surprised they didn't bring it back.
I mean can you imagine the surprise if he hopped on and started peddling not knowing he couldn't stop???

Karma should wrap this one up by itself.

All the same though, sorry to hear it.

Hah, seriously.  I hate fixie.  This one had a flip flop hub, so fixie on one side and single speed freewheel on the other.  I kept it on the freewheel.

I had my fixed Pista stolen from the parking garage where I lived a few years ago. I thought the same thing (and hoped they ate $h!+). I never saw that bike again.
