Rode Renni today with NCPyga and just wanted to say the trail is in great shape and a perfect place to appreciate the fall weather and the changing of the leaves. Bikehaus and the trail gnomes out there (and there aren't many) do a great job maintaining one of the oldest trails in our system that doesn't get the love or respect it should. 

FWIW - I've been riding Renni for four years (sometimes 3 or 4 times a week) at all times of day and days of the week, I drive a nice car, and haven't yet experienced a break-in there (knock on wood...done). I've always parked on the softball side. There's almost always a police car or Park Ranger watching the lots.

And I agree with you.  Bikehaus has done a great job!

I also have ridden there for about eight years and never had an issue.  I now park at the tennis courts just because there is more traffic there.

Renni is a jewel.  A great trail very close to the middle of Charlotte.
