Shouldn't you know who it belongs to?

Regardless, you should be able to just drop the license in a USPS mail box and they will deliver it to the address listed on the license.  Or spring for an envelope and a stamp and throw it in the mail.

I lost mine a week ago Sunday when my saddle bag disintegrated on me.  I collected all of my tools/tube etc..  but had completely forgotten about my license being in there too.  If the name is Joe on Chartwell Ct in Concord, if you will mail it to me with your return address, I will mail back your envelope cost and postage.   Thanks!

Is the last number in your street address a 1 or a 7?  It could be kind of either.  I'd like to cover your cost and trouble.
