Ridden maybe 10 times and used on a trainer a couple of times.  57cm frame.  Full Ultegra drivetrain.  Upgraded stem.  Will included high end Look pedals, trainer, and Shimano shoes.

I've got that same bike, it's a great all around ride (quick/comfortable/stable).  I would recommend someone pick that thing up quick.  Just note that Pinarello's run big.

Agree they run big.  I normally ride a 55-56.  In the Pina I'm a 53

Same here.  I have that exact same bike also.  I love mine but I had to have a 51.5 where I usually ride a 54.
